Very easy, I had no trouble learning about volunteer delivery driving and working with Store to Door staff to get set up.

Easy, it took some back and forth, but I was able to get set up with a delivery route without much effort.

Neutral, I was able to get set up with a delivery route.

Difficult, there were barriers to getting set up with a route.

Very difficult, there were many challenges to signing up and getting routes that work for me.

What kind of improvements to the application process would make it easier to get involved?
