Thank you for your interest in becoming a supporter of Store to Door’s work sustaining homebound seniors and adults living with disabilities! Please find some options for partnership below:
Show your support for our Grocery Shopping and Delivery program by sponsoring a day or week and highlighting your group, company, or corporation’s dedication to providing food access, food security, and connection to Portland Metros homebound seniors and adults with disabilities.
Store to Door staff and volunteers take client grocery orders, shop for the groceries, and make deliveries to 300-330 homebound seniors and adults living with disabilities each week. While clients pay for their groceries and over 400 volunteers support our work each month, it costs about $32 per client to facilitate the process from order taking to delivery. Clients pay for their own groceries with their own funds or SNAP benefits and are charged a modest delivery fee averaging just $3-$6 per delivery. Support a Day and Support a Week sponsorships help offset the costs associated with facilitating our grocery delivery program.
Show your support for our mission to provide social connection, food access, and food security to homebound seniors and adults with disabilities in the Portland Metro area by sponsoring our Community Impact Happy Hour!
This event will focus on providing education and information about the impact of social isolation on our aging population and community resources to help improve outcomes for homebound seniors and adults with disabilities. Learn from area experts and network with several of our non-profit partners who help support our mission.
Store to Door’s 35th Anniversary Nourish to Flourish Celebration will engage a diverse crowd of business and community leaders, volunteers, and supporters to celebrate 35 years of providing connection, nourishment, and dignity to our homebound neighbors in the Portland metro area.
Sponsor this fundraiser and join us for a night of connection, compassion, and fun as you enjoy opportunities to network with Store to Door supporters, volunteers, and learn more about the important work we do to fulfill our mission to provide social connection, food access, and food security to homebound seniors and adults with disabilities in the Portland Metro area.
Store to Door is honored to participate alongside 250 local nonprofits in the Willamette Week Give!Guide from November 1st – December 31st as part of our end of the year fundraising campaign!
Give!Guide is Oregon’s easiest path to year-end giving. It’s Willamette Week’s annual effort to raise funds for — and draw attention to — the good works of local nonprofits.
Since its inception in 2004, Give!Guide has raised more than $56 million. Last year G!G raised $8.1 million for 235 local nonprofits and the Oregon Cultural Trust. This is money that stays in the community and boosts the quality of life for all of us.
We will apply to be a part of the Give!Guide again in 2024. Even if we are not chosen, we will run an end of the year fundraising campaign and hope you will consider partnering with us!
